We offer the following preventive medical visits:

Routine "Yearly Physical" or Wellness exam

-includes physical exam, screening bloodwork, immunizations, Pap smear and other screening tests as applicable.

Well Child Visit

-includes physical exam, preventive counselling and anticipatory guidance, as well as immunizations for non-Medicaid insurances. 

-Sports Physicals - more than just a once over and a signature, we are happy to fill out school paperwork after a comprehensive well child visit.
